The better we know each other, the more accurate we will be in making the right choice for you. We prefer to meet you in person to find out all the details about your requirements and get an impression of your work place, team and company culture so that we can find just the right employee for you.

Recruitment

Once we are familiar with your requirements, we will commence with project-related telephone interviews. Prospective candidates are invited to face-to-face interviews to initially assess each candidate's professional qualifications. Their respective aptitude is further scrutinized in the form of IT and language tests as appropriate.

We place great emphasis not only on fulfilling the specific requirements of each individual project, but on general social competences as well.

We only select decisive and dedicated applicants.

We solely recommend applicants and employees who are suited to your requirements and company.

Our Employees

Mohles employees are motivated employees.
We exclusively offer open-ended employment contracts, independent of project duration. As a company with a fixed tariff system, we pay fair salaries and reward our employees’ achievements with bonuses. For us, the welfare and advancement of our employees come first. And it's a matter of course that decisions regarding job placement are jointly agreed upon.
Training

We provide our employees with the training they need to develop the skills required for your company. Some examples include proficiency in MS Office, foreign languages, DTP programs or special topics relating to structured work methodology.
